K9 Training Opportunity

On November 14-17, 2016 there will be a four day Law Enforcement Canine Training workshop with instructor Greg Doud.   Training will begin at 0800 on the Tarboro campus of Edgecombe Community College 2009 West Wilson St. Tarboro, NC  27886.  Fees will be waived for sworn law enforcement.  For more information or to reserve a spot you contact the following;

Title of class:  Ultimate Power with Absolute Control

– teaching “fight drive” and establishing control through aggression work

– getting off of equipment dependency during protection work (street readiness work)

– incorporating obedience during protection training

– use of remote collar in obedience and protection

– teaching call offs

– use of muzzle during protection work

– “out” training

 

Bio:

– Four time US World Team member for Malinois (2006, 2007, 2008, 2015)

– Coach for Moolah ot Vitosha (2016 Working Dog Champion)

– Training helper for numerous dogs that have competed at national and international IPO championships

– given K9 seminars for numerous police departments

– graduated from Advance Canine Academy’s patrol and narcotics police dog school in 2004
